With either Executive Suite offices or Flex Suite offices, you'll have 24/7 access to your office and you can furnish it how you like.
Full time, dedicated office solutions for 1-3 people, Executive Suites are private, individual, self-contained offices that are move in ready. These offices come setup with phones, internet, and WiFi already setup and ready to go and clients gain instant access to building amenities including conference rooms, copy center, kitchen, patio, and much more! Standard terms are 12 months, but with shorter terms available and business can be up and running and focused on their business the same day.
For larger businesses with 3-10 people looking for traditional offices but with all the benefits of executive suites, our flex suite offices are the right solution. We've created a unique hybrid between conventional office space and executive suite resources and services, these are larger offices than traditional the executive suites but with all the same benefits and savings. We can eliminate about $30 per square foot of office operating costs for the average flex suite client. A 1500 sf to 2000 sf conventional office use can be done in a flex suite of only 750 sf to 1000 sf.
Regardless of whether you chose a virtual, part-time, full time executive or full time flex office, you'll have equal shared access to all of our shared spaces in the building including the staffed lobby/waiting area, our Conference Room, our Meeting Room, break room/kitchen area, large patio meeting area. All told you'll have access to over 2250 sf of additional space outside of your private space and another 2400 sf of pleasant outdoor Patio meeting area.
