For larger businesses with 3-10 people looking for traditional offices but with all the benefits of executive suites, our flex suite offices are the right solution. We've created a unique hybrid between conventional office space and executive suite resources and services, these are larger offices than traditional executive suites but with all the same benefits and savings. We can eliminate about $30 per square foot of office operating costs for the average flex suite client. A 1500 sf to 2000 sf conventional office use can be done in a flex suite of only 750 sf to 1000 sf. |
